Cool mornings – winter is approaching
The last few mornings have been quite cool. Yesterday the temperature went down to about 4 degrees centigrade. Winter is around the corner.
The freshness of these mornings reminds me that it’s great to be alive. Where I live, winter is the season of life. Winter rain turns the parks, fields and gardens greener, makes the rivers and creeks flow and brings out the frogs and water birds.
Full moon
The full moon last night and this morning was really beautiful. The moon is currently floating just above the western horizon partially obscured by red-grey cloud coloured by the morning sun rising from the east.

Gorgeous Cambodian Butterfly
Another example of how beautiful nature is: this orange butterfly with black spots was found hanging around the Ta Prohm Temple Complex at Angkor, near Siem Reap, Cambodia.
